I’ve been unsuccessful twice recently in getting the additional 4 points from shopping at Staples thru the UR portal. I SM’d them twice and they requested a pdf receipt (yes they had tracked me going thru their site to Staples)

I haven’t sent the receipt b/c it clearly shows “gift cards”

Anyone have any luck sending a receipt and getting your additional points?

Yes his example is for two gift cards so probably bad choice as an example, but he does clearly state above, “Gift cards are also excluded in the terms.”

the $413.90 example is misleading, doing this for commission is a bad example for a blogger

And before you ask, yes I left 5 times Ultimate Rewards points on the table by not using my Ink Plus at staples.com, but I need to meet minimum spending on the Starwood card.

@Nguyen – I also assumed Daraius’ $413.90 example was for a couple $200 Visa gift cards. @Daraius – Please advise.
