As a Delta PM, I am learning to love United because of how well it works with frequent flyers to allow them to book award travel. That's the point, isn't it? I'm looking at you Delta.

I travel to very remote locations for my job, including to Antarctica every February. I absolutely love flying on United because I have never had a rude attendant which really makes the whole experience. Being that I work for a non-profit, I am always flying economy with a ton of gear! It would be awesome to one day upgrade to a more comfortable experience.

United is the best airline to get us to Alaska to see our grandkids. Award availability is the best.

70'000 points to Fiji (in economy)

United has good flight availability between West coast and Hawaii.
