You can save $75 off any 2-night weekend stay at any of the IHG Hotels including, Candlewood Suites, Crowne Plaza,  Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hotel Indigo, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, and Staybridge Suites brand hotels up to August 31, 2011 through the Vacation Pay promotion from IHG.

Priority Club will give you a $75 voucher for every weekend stay, up to 4 times, before August 31, 2011.

Note that this promotion is only for US residents. Also note, that per the terms and conditions you can get up to 4 MasterCards for a total of $300.  You also CANNOT have more than 1 submission per weekend.  This means that if you book 2 rooms in your name over a weekend, you will be eligible for only 1 $75 MasterCard for that weekend.

Vacation Pay Promotion - Priority Club

$ 75  Per Weekend Stay – Vacation Pay Promotion – Priority Club

Priority Club is one of my favorite Hotel Loyalty programs because they make it so easy to earn points.  As you may know, I just redeemed 2 free “Sweet Dilemma” nights at The Willard InterContinental hotel in Washington, DC – which otherwise would have cost me $ 752!

With many Holiday Inns costing ~$120 a night, $75 off a 2 night stay represents a 31% discount!  However, you do have to jump through a few hoops to get the prepaid $75 MasterCard.

How to get the $75 Priority Club MasterCard:

  • Book a stay with 2 consecutive weekend nights for anytime between May 16, 2011 and August 31, 2011.  There is no retroactive credit, so please register for the promotion BEFORE booking your room.
  • Mail your hotel bill, registration form, and rebate form to:

IHG, Dept. 11-51287
P.O. Box 540027
El Paso, TX 88554-0027

I suspect that the rebate submission process is intentionally designed to be complicated so that there are ineligible submissions (missing documentation, rooms booked before registering for the promotion etc.).

But you, dear reader, know better!  So please keep copies of all the documents you submit and send in your rebate submission via certified mail with a return confirmation.  By doing so, you will have proof that your rebate form was received by IHG.

Million Mile Secrets tips: If you have already booked a weekend stay up to August 31, 2011, you may want to consider cancelling your reservation (if there is no penalty for cancelling your reservation), and re-booking using this promotion if the total price after the $75 gift card is lower than the cost of your original booking.

You should always register for Priority Club promotions since they are stackable (i.e you can be eligible for multiple promotions).  I regularly get upwards of 6,000 points per night at a Holiday Inn.  You can sign-up for the current Priority Club point bonus offers at Priority Club Insider.

BTW, if you stay in any Priority Club hotels, you should read Priority Club Insider. It is a great source of the latest Priority Club offers, news, and tips!

I have been trying to receive a registration form since before my visit to the Holiday Inn Express in St.Clairsville, Ohio. I stayed there on July 21 to July 24th. I should have been sent a registration form long before now. I have a customer service rep. Rita on the line right now and she speaks broken english and is trying to help me but, to no avail. What in the world do I do.
