And now, via One Mile at a Time and View From the Wing, American Airlines is officially selling Basic Economy tickets. And United Airlines will soon do the same! You can now buy American Airlines Basic Economy tickets for flights after March 1, 2017.

Book them before they’re gone!
Via Miles to Memories, you can book Southwest flights for just $39 one-way (that’s 1,657 Southwest points!). But there are other more expensive routes that are still a great deal. I found a one-way flight from Atlanta to Detroit for just $94 (or 5,341 Southwest points).
But you’ll need to book by March 2, 2017, for travel through June 14, 2017. And certain routes have different different eligible travel dates.

I’ve written why this is a great offer. But did you know that applying for the small business version of the AMEX Starwood card will NOT hurt you chances of being approved for Chase cards in the future?
That’s important, because Chase has some of the best travel rewards cards. And the easiest and fastest way to get Big Travel with Small Money is to sign-up for credit cards with big bonuses.
