I know lots of folks who love to vacation at sea.
Cruises are popular because there’s so much included in the price, like meals, onboard entertainment, and unlimited use of the water slides! So it’s a great option for a family getaway. Plus, many cruise itineraries include visits to multiple destinations. And you only have to unpack once!
If you’re planning a cruise and are a Costco member, I recommend checking options on Costco Travel. Because similar to warehouse club’s vacation packages, you can often find the best prices and get extra perks. For example, a Costco Travel cruise might come with a credit to use onboard or an all-inclusive beverage package.

I’ll share the benefits of booking a cruise with Costco Travel! And compare prices and perks you find through the warehouse club with what you’ll get booking directly or through a 3rd party site.

Looking to earn the most cash back when you dine out?
There are lots of cards that include restaurants as a bonus spending category.
Keep in mind, some of the best cash back cards aren’t advertised as such. Instead, you might earn points, which you can then redeem for cash back or a statement credit.
Earning Bonus Cash Back at Restaurants With Certain Cards Means You Might Get Up to 5% of the Cost of the Meal Back!
I’ll share my picks for the best cash back cards to use at restaurants!

Trying to decide which credit card you should use at Costco?
If you like earning points you can redeem for Big Travel (like me!), then consider cards like the Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Freedom Unlimited. But if you’d rather earn cash back, the BankAmericard Cash Rewards card might make more sense.

There’s a hot (literally!) new offer for the Citi Costco Visa card, but it’s NOT available online.
Until May 19, 2017, you’ll earn a free rotisserie chicken when you sign-up for the Citi Costco Visa in Costco stores. Usually, these delicious birds cost ~$5!
There isn’t normally a sign-up bonus for the Citi Costco Visa, so this is a better deal.
We don’t earn a commission (or a chicken) from this offer, but Emily and I will always share the most interesting deals with our readers! 😉
Don’t Cry Fowl! This IS the Better Offer for the Citi Costco Visa
I’ll remind you of what you’ll earn with the Citi Costco card. And how to make the most of the sign-up bonus!
Via Reddit, the rumor mill is blowing unsourced news that American Express will be scrapping its current policy to disallow you from earning the sign-up bonus on a card if you’ve ever had the card before.
I’m selective about the unsubstantiated buzz I post because it sometimes turns out to be incorrect!
In this case I’m writing about it because it makes sense that AMEX would relax their strict policy based on what else has been happening with them.
If the Rumor Is True, Folks Who Closed Cards Like the Premier Rewards Gold and Starwood AMEX Would Be Eligible to Earn the Sign-Up Bonus Again. That’d Make It Easier to Get Free Stays at Places Like the St. Regis Princeville Resort
Also, I want it to be true so very, very badly! 🙂
