I did some test searches and discovered Disney resorts are included in the sale!  This could be a good way to save money on your Disney vacation.

Through 11:59 pm Central Time today, June 13, 2017, you’ll get 20% off select Travelocity hotel bookings when you enter promotion code “BIGDAY” at checkout.  The deal is valid for travel through December 31, 2017.

Here are additional terms:

• You can only use this promotion code for hotels (NOT flight and hotel packages)
• You must book online through the Travelocity website
• Each account can only use this promotion code 2 times
• Get up to $200 in savings per booking
• Savings are instant when you enter the promotion code

Most major hotel chains are excluded.  But this is a nice savings, especially if you prefer boutique or independent hotels.

For example, you could save ~$59 on a night at the Park Hyatt Chicago:

 

This is a big savings compared to booking directly through Hyatt.  But remember, you won’t earn hotel points or stay credits on 3rd-party bookings.  And you may not have your elite status recognized.

So this deal is better at non-chain hotels, because you won’t have to worry about missing out on points and perks!
