I love Southwest. They fly almost everywhere and their service is great! However, on my last trip to LA, I flew Southwest out and another airline back. The other airline did two things I wish Southwest would do: 1. Outlets at every seat. My laptop died before I reached LA and that stunk. If they had an outlet, that wouldnt be a problem. 2. Guarantee my checked bags will be ready within 20 minutes or I’d get a discount. It would be great knowing they’re taking pride in getting me my bag quickly.
