  1. I personally hate redesigns and especially when the unspoken objective is to merely justify some employee’s existence by having them do it. And besides Daraius, you yourself said, “…and since then we’ve grown – a LOT!” So obviously it’s working pretty well just the way it is, and if it ain’t broke, well… But hey, it is of course your blog, so go ahead and open that can of worms.

Don’t get me wrong. I honestly do wish you the best. What I’ve learned here has led to 71 new credit card accounts in 42 months with number 72 pending! I’ve been around the world twice and as far as my continental checklist goes, have only Antarctica left to go. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  2. I didn’t fill out your survey, as I don’t really care one way or the other how your site looks. I only really wanted to answer two questions: 6. Definitely “how to get the most from my points and miles” – that’s something I always appreciate new tips on, that I don’t necessarily get from other sources, and 10. I subscribe to your rss (which is why I don’t really care how the site looks visually), so please, whatever you do, don’t break your rss. :p (I also have no particular complaints about it.)

  3. Don’t change it too much…love the spacing…easy to read…simple explanations with screen shots. I wouldn’t have started this lucrative hobby without your website. My husband also thanks you profusely…I never had a hobby which didn’t cost money..AND he is always included in this hobby’s benefits. We just got back from an Adriatic cruise and 3 nights at the Gritti Palace..flights and hotel thanks to Starwood & American Airlines!)

  4. I use RSS also so please keep that working! Other than, great job with the site.

  5. I was trying to fill out the survey and my main problem arose again! The text doesn’t fit my iPhone screen and I have the largest 6s Plus. Each line is tiny and I have to scroll left to right to read each line. For the survey I could choose one of the boxes to tick and start typing a more elaborate answer, but there was no next or submit button which is frustrating.

  6. The links are always difficult to find. For example I filled out the info above which is useless.

First comment, you should use less recycled advice, i.e. Your manufactured spending to meet credit card spending thresholds. In many cases what you recommend is fiscally unsound and irresponsible. It was valid a few years ago but not anymore. If you don’t have any new current advise it is okay to remain silent.

Make your site a little more transparent. As someone who has booked RTW award tickets 2x I wanted to post/offer some info to others but frankly could not find where to send it so I have not yet done it.

The site at times seems to cater to newbies only, it would be good to once in a while post some info for people who have been successfully doing this for a long time.

  7. Your slogan — Big Travel, Small Money — hits the nail on the head as far as I’m concerned. All I have to say is Thank You for saving me and my family a lot of money on air fares and hotel rooms.

  8. After further thought on the re-design, unless it is a trip travelogue….drop all the Emily & friend pictures—since things have changed make the blog less personal.
