Great news for folks with a Costco membership who want to try Sam’s Club!
Sam’s recently tweeted that you can use your Costco membership card at any Sam’s Club location through July 4, 2016.
While you’re comparison shopping at these wholesale clubs, I’ll tell you 2 cards that earn points or cash back!
Costco Members Get Access to Sam’s Clubs
Ever wanted to compare Costco to Sam’s Club? Maybe your local Sam’s Club is closer to home than Costco?
Now’s your chance to try out Sam’s!
Because you can use your Costco membership at any Sam’s Club through July 4, 2016.
This is especially good news if you have the Chase Freedom card. Because when you register, you can earn 5X Chase Ultimate Rewards points (5% cash back) at wholesale clubs on up to $1,500 in combined spending in bonus categories each quarter until the end of 2016. This includes Costco, Sam’s Club, and BJ’s.
And if you also have the Chase Sapphire Preferred, Ink Plus, or Ink Bold (no longer available) card, you can transfer your Chase Ultimate Rewards points to airline and hotel partners for Big Travel!
Just remember, the 5X points bonus does NOT include gas, fuel, or wholesale club service purchases like travel, insurance, cell phones, and home improvement.
If you prefer earning cash back without having to remember rotating bonus categories, consider the Freedom Unlimited card. You’ll automatically earn 1.5% cash back on all of your purchases!
I wonder which wholesale club has the best deal on cat food for Joey? 😉
