About the Chicago Seminars
The Chicago Seminars will be held October 14 to 16, 2016, at the Holiday Inn Chicago – Elk Grove near O’Hare airport. You can purchase your tickets now, and receive a discounted rate of ~$105 per night at the Holiday Inn Chicago – Elk Grove with the group code “CHI”.
The seminars are geared towards teaching beginners how to use miles & points for award travel. So if you’re new to the hobby, this is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in all things miles & points – and to pick up lots of tips & tricks along the way.
Even if you’ve been collecting miles & points for a while, you may still learn a few new pointers!
This year, Emily and I will be presenting. And we love to meet Million Mile Secrets readers in person.
My favorite part about attending is connecting with other folks who share our
obsession hobby. 😉
What Will You Learn?
This year’s topics include:
- Introduction to Mileage Runs – Rene’s Points
- Booking Travel for 5 or More – Bikeguy
- Getting the Most Free Nights With Each Hotel Chain – Travel Is Free
- Award Chart Sweet Spots – MileValue
I will give dos and don’ts when applying for credit cards and redeeming awards. And Emily will be talking about her recent trip to Cuba!
