  1. What do you recommend as proof of companion pass status?

  2. Heh, dang. I submitted it just cause might as well, but while those Jetblue perks are pretty respectable, I can’t imagine we’d use them much, given the choice between the Jetblue perks, compared to the Southwest “having a companion pass”. Wish they gave us Jetblue perks for 2017 instead. Oh well.

  3. I submitted 🙂 I used a photo of my card but a screenshot would probably work too

  4. @ Ben — I just took a screen of my Southwest Rewards account summary showing my companion pass status, hopefully they accept it!

  5. I can’t use jetnlue status, but could use American or united. Since I have CP would I be able to match from mosiac to AA or ual elite status? If not now, do legacy carriers ever run promotions where they match from mosiac?

  6. Once again, Darius, you rock!!!!! Saw your post late last night. Completed request just received email -Mosaic status! And of course becaus eof you I am on my third companion pass!

  7. when using SWA Companion Pass, do both members get Mosiac Status match?

  8. Sent them a copy of CP Wednesday, got this today.
You have officially been granted TrueBlue Mosaic® status starting today and for the rest of 2016. To keep it through December 31, 2017 and earn the 15,000 qualifying bonus points, you just have to complete the Mosaic Challenge.*

Your Mosaic Challenge period begins today and you have 90 days from today to complete the Challenge.

Remember you must accumulate at least 3,750 base flight points by the end of the 90 day Challenge period to keep Mosaic status for 2017. Base flight points are the 3 points per $1 you earn on the base fare of your individual JetBlue flights.1

  9. @Jo my husband is my companion and after reading your post thought I would test out sending the same photo which shows my husband name as companion and whammy he is mosaic too!!! Thanks for giving me the idea.

  10. I just submitted a scan of my physical Companion Pass card. Hopefully I’ll earn Mosaic status before my JetBlue flight in less than 2 weeks. Fingers crossed for a free checked bag… and mama needs a drink! Thanks for sharing this!

  11. You will. I also received Mosaic welcome packets for me and my hubby.

  12. Thanks, Jo, you are right… I received an email notifying me that I earned Mosaic status the same day!
