Update An Even Better 60,000 Point Offer For The Citi Hilton Visa

Walk to the French Quarter From the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. Rooms Are 60,000 Hilton Points per Night During Mardi Gras

Earlier today I posted about a 50,000 point offer.  But this deal is even better for the same amount of minimum spending!

See my earlier post for ways to use Hilton points for Big Travel with Small Money.  But apply for THIS 60,000 point offer instead!

The highest sign-up bonus I’ve seen for the Citi Hilton Visa is 75,000 Hilton points.

But you might consider this no-annual-fee card at 60,000 Hilton points.  Because there’s no guarantee the higher offer will come back.  And if you want to book award rooms soon, this is a relatively easy way to earn lots of Hilton points.

Remember, my favorite Hilton card is the Citi Hilton HHonors Reserve Card.  Because you can earn 2 weekend nights at almost any Hilton.

You can get both cards because they’re different card products.

Note:  You are allowed 2 Citi personal cards within 65 days.  But you can NOT get more than 1 Citi card at a time.  Wait 8 days before applying for a 2nd Citi card.

Thanks again, Daniel, for commenting about this better offer for the Citi Hilton Visa!

  1. Can you have two of these cards? (I.E. I already have the card, but would like to get the signup bonus again.)

  3. This 8/65 rule for Citi I keep seeing is not completely true. I got in the hobby just last fall and I applied for this card on Nov 20th, and the AAdvantage card (through personal offer mailer for 60K miles) on the 23rd of Nov. Both of them I was approved instantly. I can show gmail screenshots of the approvals if proof is needed.

  4. I JUST signed up for this card under the 50k offer yesterday. I wonder if I can call and get it bumped to the 60k once I receive the card. Any thoughts?

  5. Great info here on the CITI Hilton cards: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/citi-thankyou-rewards/1438606-ongoing-offers-hilton-cards-issued-amex-citi.html

You can get a new one every 18 months if you keep them all open (assuming you have good credit).

  6. Hilton hhonors American Express card also has a 60k offer with a lesser spending requirement of $750

  7. I closed my Citi Hhonors reserve card about 6 months ago. Does that affect my eligibility for getting the bonus on this card?

  8. @Bryan Long @Steven – Generally, you can not get the bonus again if you’ve opened or closed the same card in the past 18 months.

@Dario – Interesting. Thank you for sharing your experience!

@Josh – It never hurts to ask!

@phil @David – Thanks for the helpful links!
