  1. Thanks in large part to the 5 times $75 back deal on the business card at Staples and the $30 back deal at Walmart and Target (which we had on two cards), we are at $1383 and counting for 2015. Hoping to see some great deals as we approach the holidays!

  2. An off topic question.
Are authorized users eligible for the $100 airline credit as well?

  3. Lifetime savings of $365 and $125 of that has been in 2015. I will admit I don’t use Amex Offers as often as I could and normally only use them on my Platinum card.

  4. How often are deals offered? Is there any time of the month, beginning or end that offers appear? I’ve used petco and luggage for $45.00. I was surprised how fast the credit appeared on my statement.

  5. If you manufacture spend, buying gift cards and liquidating them, you have made thousands likely. However, Amex has cracked down, at least in the last 3-4 months and those kind of deals have dried up. Twitter deals are also shrinking and with the No Credit Small Business Sat, Amex might be catching on. You might actually have to use the cards for their intended purposes! LOL. Still with the amount of regular deals out there over the course of a year, it’s hard to say the annual fees aren’t justified. You should be able to get those back at least in savings.

  6. In two years my husband and I saved $741. Not bad for not using that many offers!

  7. I’m at $510. A couple hotel redemptions, a couple airline redemptions and the 5X at Target helped at Target were big winners for me.

  8. For my husband for 2013-2015 YTD- $170, $100 of which is 2015. For me for 2013-2015 YTD $370, $175 of which is 2015. And we aren’t big shoppers. A chunk of this came from the Verizon and Nextel offers this year.

  9. Wow, I really wish I was targeted for that Whole Foods promo from the image!
