Via Secret Flying, it’s possible to book a series of 1-way coach flights from New York to 4 European cities:

  • Oslo, Norway
  • London, UK
  • Copenhagen, Denmark
  • Stockholm, Sweden

The final price?  ~$350 for a round-trip adventure!

I found a 1-way flight from New York to Oslo, Norway, for ~$143 in January on Norwegian Airlines!

Fly From New York to Oslo for Just ~$143 in Coach 1-Way

And a flight from Stockholm, Sweden, back to New York for ~$162!

Fill-in the other cities with flights in Europe on Ryanair.  I found a flight from Oslo to London for only ~$16!

Only ~$16 for a 1-Way Flight on Ryanair Between Oslo and London, but Watch for the Fees!

Norwegian Airlines and Ryanair are both budget airlines based in Europe.  Be aware of fees for checked baggage, carry-ons, and even to print your boarding pass!

Check the fees and run the numbers to make sure this is a good deal for you!  If you can pack light, this is a fantastic deal!

Between New York and Dallas

A Round-Trip Flight on American Airlines Between New York and Dallas is Only ~$80 in Coach!

Tickets are available for travel in late October to early November 2015 for Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday departures.  You must purchase your ticket at least 21 days in advance, and they’re extremely limited.  So book now if you want to visit either city!

Note:  You can hold a reservation on American Airlines for up to 24 hours and get a full refund if you change your mind.

If you pay for these flights with the Citi Executive AAdvantage MasterCard, you’ll earn 2X American Airlines miles per $1 spent on American Airlines.

Remember, folks with the Citi Prestige can use Citi ThankYou points to purchase tickets at a rate of 1.6 cents per point on American Airlines.  So check the Citi ThankYou travel portal for these fares!

Chicago to San Juan, Puerto Rico

Also via The Flight Deal, fly from Chicago to San Juan, Puerto Rico, on either American Airlines or United Airlines for ~$276 round-trip.

Escape the Cold Weather and Head to San Juan From Chicago for Only ~$276 Round-Trip in Coach

I found seats on American Airlines from Chicago nonstop to San Juan, Puerto Rico, for ~$276 round-trip.  These fares are perfect for a beach getaway during the winter months, or next spring!

What If You’re Not in 1 of These Cities?

Southwest – If you need more Southwest points, Chase Ultimate Rewards points transfer to Southwest.  Plus, if you have the Southwest Companion Pass, a friend can fly with you for (almost) free!

British Airways – If you’re a short flight away from an included city, you can save miles by using British Airways Avios points to book an award flight on American Airlines.
