What Are Chase Sapphire Preferred Events?
This perk alone isn’t worth opening a new credit card account. But if you like the other Big Travel benefits of the Chase Sapphire Preferred such as transferring points to partners like United Airlines and Hyatt, this makes the card that much better.
I like that a number of the experiences can’t be bought anywhere else, so they’re unique!
The Artists Den has had lots of famous musicians, like Adele, Tim McGraw, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow, and Ringo Starr. No Elton John yet, though! 🙂
Chase Sapphire Preferred cardmembers get extras if they win, like VIP access, and souvenirs from the show, and entry to an after-party.
Other events can be purchased with your Chase Sapphire Preferred card, or paid for with Chase Ultimate Rewards points, like the Boudin Bourbon and Beer, and Carnivale du Vin festival in New Orleans, a 2-day event all about food!
I love to eat spicy food and try new dishes from all over the world, so this sounds like something I’d enjoy!
You’ll get to attend a meet-and-greet with Emeril Lagasse, and get tickets to a gala dinner. And funds raised at both events go to the Emeril Lagasse Foundation which supports children’s educational programs, life skills development initiatives, culinary training, and cultural enrichment in New Orleans and the Gulf south.
Chase Sapphire Preferred cardmembers will have access to a VIP club entrance and will have access to the club area that is just for sponsors, this will include a well appointed lounge, high premium drinks reception with signature cocktails, luxury restrooms. Most people use this area as a home base and wander around the festival where all the action is. Party is in the square, multiple award winning chefs in attendance. Local beer trucks, cocktails, cigars, ice cream, culinary tasting events.
Tickets are 1st-come, 1st-served.
If you’re in New York City for the holiday season, you can purchase a special package for 2 to see the world-famous Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall.
With this experience, you and a guest will have access to a private entrance to Radio City Music Hall, where a staff member will greet and escort you to the special Roxy Suite for a special pre-show holiday reception featuring a holiday buffet, open bar and sweet treats, complete with a visit from Santa and 2 Rockettes! Don’t forget to bring your camera for this special visit! Following the reception, you’ll take your seats and enjoy the memorable show!
Some of y’all with kids (grandkids, or nieces & nephews) might love using this as an amazing Christmas surprise they’ll never forget!
There’s also the Private Dinner Series, where you’ll have the chance to use your Chase Sapphire Preferred or Chase Ultimate Rewards points to purchase dinners with renowned chefs in:
- Los Angeles
- New York
- San Francisco
- Washington, DC
These events are popular and sell out quickly! So check often to see what they add next.
This could be a fun way to have a special dinner experience if you’re visiting (or live in) 1 of these cities!
Perks at Venues for All Chase Cardholders!
Everyone who has a Chase debit or credit card gets perks at venues operated by the Madison Square Garden Company!
When you see a show or event in Chicago, Inglewood, or New York, you’ll get early access to tickets, preferred seats, and other perks, depending on the venue. I’d use this perk to sit in the orchestra section of a classical music concert!
This is a nice bonus all Chase cardmembers can enjoy!
Chase Sapphire Preferred Events are a terrific benefit of the Chase Sapphire Preferred card. I wouldn’t sign-up for the card just for this program, but I like options like this that give us more chances to make amazing travel memories!
You’ll get access to special events like private dinners, VIP ticket packages, better seats, and other fun perks. The events have limited availability and change often, so if check their page for updates.
