Lots of routes on JetBlue are on sale for $31!

Fly From Boston to Seattle for Only $31!

I found flights from Boston to Seattle on sale for $31.  A flight across the country at this price is an outstanding deal!

But to get the sale price, you must book today, October 1, 2015!

Only Blue fares are included in this sale, but you can pay ~$15 more for Blue Plus, which comes with 1 checked bag.  If you plan on checking a bag, it’s worth it to pay extra as part of the fare, because you’ll pay more to check a bag when you check-in.

If you don’t fly JetBlue often, remember you can credit your flights to Singapore Airlines to earn Singapore Airlines miles!

Book With JetBlue Points, Too!

If you have enough JetBlue points already, you can book these fares with points.  But because they’re only $31, I recommend to save your points for a more expensive flight!

Although, the price of the award ticket on JetBlue is directly tied to the paid price.  And you’ll see in the example above, if you book the “Base Plus” fare with points, you’ll get 1 checked bag included.

There are lots of cities on sale today, so check yours to see if it’s included!  There are especially great deals cross-country.  And to Las Vegas, Florida, and Puerto Rico.

This is a fantastic deal to visit a new city!  Keep in mind you’ll pay more to get back home.  You can use your miles or points, or simply pay for the return flight.  Because the 1st flight is only $31, you’ll save money even if you fly round-trip!

Note that you’ll pay $70 to cancel these fares if you book with JetBlue, then change your mind.

But if you book a ticket with an online travel agency like Orbitz or Expedia, you may be eligible for a refund within a short time of booking your ticket.  Check out my post on cancellation policies for airlines and online travel agencies for more details!
