I didn’t expect this! It looks like US Bank is trying to keep its Club Carlson credit card holders after removing the popular Free Award night perk from their card. Will this gesture along with their Buy 1 Night, Get 1 Night deal keep you from canceling?
Club Carlson Credit Card Holders, Check Your Postal Mail for a Free Night
Check your mailbox for a letter from Club Carlson. It might be good news! Because the hotel chain is trying to entice folks to keep their card open by giving them a free night in a standard room at ANY Club Carlson hotel.
Depending when and where you stay, this could be very valuable!
I haven’t received the email with the e-certifcate yet, but I’ll be checking for it every day. (Or minute.)
If you don’t get offered the free night, you can always call the number on the back of your US Bank Club Carlson card. Because it doesn’t hurt to ask!
Will this encourage you to keep the card, or will you close it anyway?
