Am I no longer able to transfer ANY of my Chase Ultimate Rewards points into my United Airlines account!?

I have a lot of points I thought were transferable to United Airlines from Chase Ink Bold (no longer available), Chase Freedom, and Chase Sapphire Preferred.  I no longer see the pathway on the website for transferring to United Airlines.

Don’t worry, Scott!  You can still transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards points to United Airlines.  But Chase has redesigned their website.

  1. How do you transfer points from your CHASE FREEDOM to a INK PLUS card? I used to have a SAPPHIRE PLUS and FREEDOM account. I have since cancelled that card and do not see any transfer options from my FREEDOM account to my INK PLUS card as one is a personal card and one is a business account and have different CHASE log-ins.
    Thanks.

  2. @Robert, you need to go to a Chase branch and have a banker merge your personal and business online accounts together into one login. My banker had to call their main IT department to figure it out.

  3. Transfer to Travel Partners is no longer there since they redesigned their site again. Where to now? Seems like they really really don’t want us to transfer. Thanks for your help.
