Today only at 1:00 pm Eastern Time, you can save on a 5 night stay at Diamond Resorts through Daily Getaways.
Through April 24, 2015, a new travel deal will be available every weekday at 1:00 pm Eastern Time. But these deals sell out fast!
Here’s today’s offer.
Deal for March 26, 2015 – 5 Night Stay at Diamond Resorts
Link: Daily Getaways
- Cabo Azul Resort in Mexico
- Cresent Resort on South Beach in Florida
- East Clare Golf Village in Ireland
- Ka’anapali Beach Club in Maui
- Palm Canyon Resort in California
You have to travel by May 8, 2016, and blackout dates could apply. And service charges are NOT included!
The fine print also says:
Diamond Resorts reserves the right to select alternative accommodations, such as hotel, motel or condominium.
I would NOT be happy if I booked a resort and they put me in a motel!
The electronic certificate with redemption instructions will be emailed within 10 days of purchase.
There are only 200 deals available.
Is This a Good Deal?
Diamond Resorts is a timeshare company. I wrote about this deal last year and thought it was a bad deal. That’s because I thought folks had to attend a timeshare sales presentation.
However, Million Mile Secrets readers said it is good deal and you do NOT have to attend a sales pitch. Although, it can be hard to book.
You should check the price of the resort you’re interested before you buy the package. Because it might not be a good deal for you!
For example, 5 nights at the Grande Villa Resorts with the Daily Getaways package will cost $525 (excluding service charges of $6 per day) or $555.
But booking through Hotels.com you’d only pay ~$531 (including the $6 per day service charge) – a $24 savings!
However, 5 nights at the Cabo Azul Resort booked through Orbitz costs ~$2,497 (excluding a $75 resort fee). So you’d save ~$1,972 with the Daily Getaway deal.
So you should check rates before you buy because you might not save money.
At 1:00 pm Eastern Time, you can buy a 5 night consecutive stay at 1 of 68 Diamond Resorts like Ka’anapali Beach Club in Maui for $525.
Be sure to check prices at the Diamond resort you want to stay at before buying the package to see if it’s a good deal for you.
