The sale is good for travel everyday EXCEPT Fridays and Sundays.
If you live close to the sale cities this could be a great deal!
Is This a Good Deal?
One-way tickets are as low as $39. This is an excellent deal, if you can find a seat!
For example, I found a flight from Denver to Salt Lake City on April 18, 2015.
Here are some of the other cities on sale.
Watch Out for the Fees!
This is a great sale. But you’ll pay fees for almost everything from checking bags to choosing a seat. This can lower your savings!
For example, 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on will cost you up to $65 each way! However, you can save $5 on your carry-on bag and $10 on your checked bag by paying online. But, these fees can really add up, so keep that in mind before you book!
Folks who can pack light will get a better deal with Frontier.
Pay With a Card That Earns Bonus Points
Remember to use a card that will earn you bonus points:
- AMEX Premier Rewards Gold – 3X American Express Membership Rewards points for booking directly with the airline
- Barclaycard Arrival Plus – 2.1% back when you redeem for travel
- Chase Sapphire Preferred – 2X Chase Ultimate Rewards points on travel
You can book flights for as little as $39 each way on Frontier Airlines until March 27, 2015, at 11:59 Eastern Time. This sale is for travel any day except Fridays and Sundays from April 14, 2015, to May 20, 2015.
Frontier Airlines charges fees for checked bags AND carry-on bags. But this is an excellent deal for folks who can pack light.
