Congrats to:

Robyn who commented:

At 16 I was making a cross-country flight on student stand-by.  I was in Chicago when I heard an announcement that all stand-by tickets were cancelled due to a strike.  I went up to the announcer to confirm and asked what I could do as I only had $5 in my purse.

She asked how old I was and then quickly made a call.  Within 10 minutes I was in a car with a chaperone on my way to dinner, and then to a nearby hotel.  Along with us was a member of the military who was also being taken care of by the airline.  The next morning, I was on the 1st flight out.  Thank you, American Airlines!
