The new IHG PointBreaks list is out! Hotels on the PointBreaks list cost only 5,000 IHG points per night (the regular rate is 10,000 to 50,000 points)! So you can expect that some of these deals will be gone quickly.
Note: If the PointBreaks links are not active, please check back again in a few hours.
The new IHG PointBreaks hotels can be booked through May 31, 2015. But some of them won’t last that long!

Ways to Earn IHG Points
You can get IHG Rewards points by:
- Using Cash & Points to buy points for 0.7 cents per point
- Transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards points from your Chase Sapphire Preferred, Chase Ink Bold (no longer available), or Chase Ink Plus
- Applying for the IHG Rewards credit card for 70,000 points. It also includes 1 free night on your card anniversary each year.
Usually, transferring points from Chase Ultimate Rewards to IHG Rewards is NOT the best value because you can usually get IHG hotel points cheaper. But it certainly could make sense for hotels on the PointBreaks list.
If you’re comfortable with using the cash and points trick, you can buy IHG Rewards points
. This is a better value than redeeming Chase Ultimate Rewards points directly for IHG Rewards points.
Book Now, Think Later!
IHG PointBreaks hotels can sell out quickly. So don’t count on a hotel you’re interested in being available through May 31, 2015!
Note: If the links aren’t active yet, please check again in a few hours.
It doesn’t hurt to make a booking using points, because you can usually cancel them without a penalty (but read the cancellation policy before booking!).
IHG has released the new PointBreaks list. All hotels on this list can booked for just 5,000 IHG points through May 31, 2015.
This is an excellent deal if you can find a hotel that meets your needs. If you find a hotel you like, don’t hesitate to book it! Because the best hotels on the list won’t be around for long!
