  1. I want to create an account for each of my parents so I can get the $30 x2, but they don’t ride Uber. Will the credit only post after they actually take a ride? Also, I signed up their 4 AMEX cards for the Uber $10 offer with the intention of buying gift cards for me to use. Can they buy gift cards without actually taking a ride first?
