Your stay must be booked directly through Marriott online to earn the credit. And this deal is only good for stays at Marriott hotels. You will NOT get the $50 credit for stays at other Marriott brands such as:

The $200 you spend must be a single purchase made by December 31, 2014. This can include your room rate and all room charges.
