  1. Hi Daraius –
Great info, as always! Thanks so much.
re: the Chase Ink Plus and Chase Ink Bold (both of which I obtained under the recent promo offers)…
    My questions are …
1 – If I buy gift cards at Staples (i.e., gift cards for other merchants), would those purchases count towards the 5K minimum spend requirement; and
2 – would the purchase of those gift cards, also net me 5x points, since I’d be purchasing them at an office supply store…???

    Thanks so much!

  2. “I tell you about the best deals, even if I don’t earn a commission!”

Well that’s just not true. As I pointed out to you 2 weeks ago, you are linking to your affiliate link of the Barclay’s USAir card, which earns 40,000 points, after 1 transaction, for an $89 annual fee. But there is a better offer which offers 40,000 points PLUS 10,000 anniversary points, after 1 transaction, for an $89 annual fee. You still do not mention this better offer, let alone link to it.

  3. Now that you’re referrals are gone, you might as well let others post their working referral links that offer 70,000 points.

  4. As a long time reader and supporter of this blog, I thought I should come back after the Chase offer was over, so that I could get some fresh content which was not about Chase Ink. Looks like nothing has changed. Really really disappointed.

  6. Hi Daraius
If I request a credit limit increase on my business credit card; do they check my personal credit again or just the business?
