Update: A credit card offer in this post, may no longer be available, but check the Hot Deals for the latest offers!
You can get 50,000 Southwest points or ~$710 in travel on Southwest Airlines from the Southwest Premier (personal) & other Southwest cards after completing the minimum spending.
But the 50,000 Southwest points offer ends on June 29, 2014!
These cards are offered every few months. So it should be back. Although I only get a commission on 1 version of the card, you should apply for the version which makes the most sense for you!

All 4 versions of the Southwest card are currently offering 50,000 Southwest points after you spend $2,000 within 3 months. And the 50,000 Southwest point sign-up bonus counts towards the Southwest Companion Pass!
You get ~$710 in Southwest flights or $500 in gift cards with 50,000 Southwest points. You can book as many seats as Southwest is selling because there are NO blackout dates when you redeem points on Southwest.
Southwest Companion Pass

Two Southwest credit cards and 6,000 extra Southwest points (100,000 Southwest point sign-up bonus from 2 cards + 4,000 Southwest points from spending) gets you a Southwest Companion pass so that your companion can fly free (pay just the $2.50 security fee) for up to 2 years!
I LUV the Companion Pass! It’s the best deal for domestic travel. Emily and I use our Southwest Companion Pass to visit family and to take vacations. And starting July 1, 2014, you can use your Southwest Companion Pass to fly to the Caribbean!
Now is a better time to get the Southwest Companion Pass instead of later in the year. Because if you apply for the cards now, you could get the Companion Pass for the remaining of 2014 and all of 2015!
Just don’t make these 3 mistakes that will cost you the Southwest Companion Pass!
Which Southwest Card Should You Get
However, you usually can’t get the sign-up bonus for the SAME card if you’ve already had it.
You can get 50,000 Southwest points or $710 in travel on Southwest from the Southwest Premier (personal) after meeting the minimum spending. But the 50,000 Southwest point offer ends on June 29, 2014!
With a Southwest Companion Pass, a companion can travel with you for free for up to 2 years depending on when you get it. So if you apply now, you can get the Companion Pass for the remainder of this year and all of next year!
