The US Bank FlexPerks Visa Olympic promotion ends on Friday, March 14, 2014.
You get ~30,000 FlexPerks after completing the minimum spending, which means that you can get an airline ticket upto ~$600.
But you have to apply before Friday, March 14, 2014.
You also have to make a purchase on the card before March 31, 2014, to get the bonus points.
The US Olympic Team won 28 medals at the 2014 Winter Olympics. This means you get an extra 7,450 points as a sign-up bonus on the card after you spend $3,500 in the 1st 4 months.
In total, you’ll get:
20,000 sign-up points + 7,450 bonus points + 3,500 points from spending = 30,950 points
You can use the points for an airline ticket up to ~$600 in value. But read my previous post about this promotion before you apply for the card.
I’m not getting this card because I just applied for some cards. But it could be a good deal for some folks who like flexibility when using points. That’s because you can use the points on many airlines (when you book through the FlexPerks portal) and there are no black-out dates.
The US Bank FlexPerks Visa Olympic promotion ends on Friday, March 14, 2014. If you get the card, you’ll have to make a purchase before March 31, 2014, to get the bonus points.
You’ll get a total of 30,950 FlexPerks points after spending $3,500 in the 1st 4 months. And you can redeem the points for an airline ticket up to ~$600 in value.
I wouldn’t rush to get the card, if you’re new to miles and points, because there are better offers available. But if you’re running out of cards to apply for or were planning on already getting the card
, do it before March 14, 2014, to get the extra points!
