  1. This isn’t targeted. I didn’t even have a hyatt account and just made one for my wife and myself. They said I would get the 100….

  2. Neither husband nor I were targeted, but we applied anyway and both received the 100 points immediately.

  3. Thank for sharing! I received the confirmation screen, hope the points post!

I have tried about a dozen times since I heard about this a day or so on a similar thread. Every time I continue to get the error message …”An unexpected error has occurred while attempting to process your request. Please try again later. For assistance, please contact Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service at 1-800-30-HYATT or your nearest Worldwide Reservation Center…” Maybe it is targeted and I am ineligible, or maybe the site is slammed. I will keep trying. My points acct is current as my last Hyatt points stay was 12/2013. Go figure.

  5. I just went to site through your link and got an immediate response of confirmation of the 100 points! Thanks for sharing..now I will watch and see when/if they are deposited.

Update to previous post. Evidently I had an old Passport account from 1990, and earlier this month, Hyatt combined the two accounts into one keeping my original member number, and inactivating the new one I got last year. Turns out I had a few thousand points in the old account. Once I used the merged member number I had no problem qualifying for the promo. Got a 100 pts for the promo and found 2000 that I did not know I had in the old account. I can this a win in for me! Thanks for sharing this and all the other tips !
