On Saturday, I wrote that you may be able to get $320 off any Alitalia flight by using a promotion code on their Japanese website.
I cautioned folks “Of course, there’s is a high chance that these fares will NOT be honored, so I wouldn’t make other non-refundable travel arrangements until we know that the fares will be honored.”
Well, these fares aren’t being honored by Alitalia. I didn’t expect them to be honored and I’m not upset that Alitalia is not honoring the mistake.
I’m not one for hounding a company over a mistake (when it was pretty clear that it was a mistake), but if you do want to complain, Dan’s Deals outlines the different options available.
Now onto the next opportunity!
