American Airlines has a great program called Miles for Kids in Need where you can donate your miles to provide air transport for critically ill children.
Today, American launched a new challenge on their Facebook page where you can earn 100 free AAdvantage miles by registering AND American Airlines will also makes a donation to Miles for Kids in Need.

Each Facebook registration generates a smile and American will donate 1 mile to Miles for Kids in Need for every smile (up to 100,000 miles).
