100 Free Continental Miles

Million Mile Secrets reader Larry shared – Thanks, Larry! – another opportunity to earn 100 free Continental OnePass miles via a comment on an earlier post about a similar opportunity.

These offers are supposedly targeted to Chase Continental Credit Card owners, but I’ve usually received the bonus, even though I don’t currently have a Chase Continental credit card.

In the current version of the offer, you get 100 free Continental miles just by learning how you can use your Continental OnePass miles to bid on items, including tickets to sports and arts events.

Now, usually redeeming miles for tickets to sports and art events is generally a terrible way to redeem your miles since you get a very low value-per-mile, but I’ll gladly take 100 free Continental miles just to learn that I do have this option!

Even though this offer claims to be targeted, it doesn’t hurt to register before July 31, 2011.   Every mile counts when you’re trying to have Big Travel with Small Money!

And don’t forget that Continental Airlines will soon be United Airlines.

If you haven’t registered for the earlier offer, well, that’s another 100 free Continental miles for you (which Larry reminds us is valid until June 30, 2011!)

Once again, a big thank you to Larry for letting us know about this offer.  Every miles counts, and we always get more miles when we work together!

Have you got the 100 bonus miles even though you don’t have a Chase Continental credit card? Tell us about it in the comments!

  3. I think the miles will post if you have the credit card OR debit card. Otherwise they will not. Have been doing these offers for me and my family’s accounts and haven’t seen an exception yet…

  4. @Sam - I don’t have a Continental credit or debit card, but the miles still post for me!
